I have been meaning to share “Mango Lassi Popsicles” ever since I made them, which was almost a month ago. It’s brutally hot here so, naturally all things cold and refreshing are right up my alley these days. I hope you guys are not too tired of popsicles (golden milk, balsamic roasted strawberry) and iced latte/tea; as of late, I am trying to stay away from the stove as much as possible, so please bear with me as I share these type of recipes. Come Fall, we will talk about comfort food I promise. Mangoes are delicious on it’s own but if you need a refreshing and healthy treat post-workout, after-school, and even as a dessert. – naturally sweetened, 3 ingredients creamy Mango Lassi Popsicles are perfect for that!
